Starting on December 17, 2024, all existing university Adobe licenses will expire, and eligible U community members who wish to use Adobe products will be required to activate a new software license, which remains free to students taking for-credit classes and full-time faculty and staff. There will be no loss of data, only a new license.

The product you select should be based on your university-related needs and the minimum software that supports them.

Notes:

• If you request access to both products, you only have access to the product you last requested.
• If the selected license supports Adobe applications already installed on a user’s device, the software should continue to function seamlessly. Local IT staff support may be needed to install Adobe products on devices owned or managed by the university.
• After six months of inactivity (six months since last login), Adobe accounts will be flagged for deactivation and users will receive a notification with instructions on how to keep their account active if needed.
